I’m Simon Locke, currently the U21 Goalkeeper Coach at Fulham FC. My journey started as a young goalkeeper at Reading FC, and over the years I’ve been fortunate to turn that passion into a full-time coaching career — developing some of the UK’s most promising young goalkeepers.

Before Fulham, I held the same role at Southampton FC, where I worked with top-tier academy players, helping them grow in confidence, consistency, and game understanding. I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to progress from academy football to the professional level — not just technically, but mentally too.

I now mentor young players who want more than just drills — players who want to understand what it really takes to make it. Whether you're a keeper looking to sharpen your game, or a player wanting elite-level insights, I bring the experience of both playing and coaching at the highest levels of development football.
